		<description>Hey, great post! I know exactly what you are talking about. I'm a runner and I always see runners trying to train harder/run more miles. However, these runners are eating Taco Bell or McDonalds constantly and this is why they believe they need to run harder. They should concentrate on what they eat. Well good luck and good health.
