A committee has been set up with the European Union to clean up the way that cycling is being governed, along with an analysis of the overall conditions of professional cycling.
The CPA pro riders group and the IPCT team association said in a statement that setting up a committee with the 27-nation EU could “show itself to be a major instrument of renewal in pro racing and the modernization of its governance.”
It sounds like a good idea on paper, but if anything comes out of this I would be a bit surprised.
