Thanks for the review.  I learn a great deal from your reviews.

I recently purchased the 2009 Trek 1.5 and immediately upgraded the front derailleur to Tiagra and the rear to Ultegra, and the crank was changed to a Bontrager Select compact double.  With those changes in place, is this now close in value to the Trek 2.1 or 2.3?
