Cycling shoe design contest winners from Core77

7 August 2008 By Justin Cooper No Comments 38 Views

Core77 Magazine recently held a contest with it’s readers to see who could design the best cycling shoes.  Some of the submissions are pretty great, with my favorite being the “Barloworld cycling shoe and crampon”.

The judging was done by Bill Cass.  Cass is the man behind the Nike shoes worn by Mark Cavendish, Lance Armstrong, and a number of other famous cyclists that wear Nike shoes.

There are quite a few interesting submissions on their forums.  I wish I had even a bit of the creativity some of those folks have.
