This is without a doubt the best time of the year to be covering the cycling world.  There is nothing I would rather be doing than seeing how bike manufacturers engineer the next generation of their models.  Most bike manufacturers will update a few of their designs, and maybe unveil an entirely new model.  Then there is Jamis.  Blogger R.V.V. got a sneak peek at the entire 2009 Jamis bikes lineup (and a big one it is).

What does Jamis have in store for 2009?  How about updates to *deep breath* the Commuter 4.0, Commuter 3.0, Commuter 3.0 Femme, Allegro 1.0 and 2.0 (color updates), Aurora, Coda, Nova Pro, Satellite Femme, Sputnik, Sonik, Ventura Race, Xenith Team, and Xenith T2.  Whew.

Overall, most of the updates are fairly modest, but Jamis has put together a really nice lineup for 2009.
