The Cannondale Six13 Pro 2 (or any of the line of Six13’s for that matter) is a pretty sweet ride. It’s like riding under the wings of an eagle; smooth, responsive, and fast. Those are the feelings I got when riding the Six13 Pro 2 on a test ride this past weekend.

I was given the opportunity a few days back to give the Giant OCR 3 road bike a test run. The OCR 3 is economy-priced in road cycling standards. It can be found for as little as $500.00 to $600.00 at your local LBS depending on the circumstances.
The Giant was a nice surprise. It definitely has lower-end components on it, but that is to be expected at the price. Let me list the components before I go into too much detail.

ALUXX butted aluminum frame, Compact Road …

So far the only bikes I have test ridden and reviewed have fit under the $700 mark. So I have decided to take a ride on something with a little higher price tag for review. The Felt F65 is one of the most stunning bikes I have ever layed eyes on. The “hi-tech” brushed silver finish may look somewhat dull in a picture, but in person it works really well with the carbon and the red accents.
The first thing I noticed about the F65 was it’s weight. …

I almost feel as if it isn’t right for me to be reviewing this bike because I am such a Bianchi fanboy. I own a 2004 Bianchi Brava and the more I ride it, the more I love it. I have logged well over 2000 miles on it in the last couple years, and I don’t see myself upgrading anytime soon. With that being said, I ran over to my LBS yesterday to give the latest Bianchi Brava a spin. I highly recommend all newbies to …

I am obsessed with bikes that don’t cost much. In fact, I have a category devoted to bikes that cost less than $700. I think it is important for new people to the sport to start small, and work your way up. I purchased a Bianchi Brava (ahh…Italian Steel) for less than $700 about two years ago with the plan to upgrade it if I got into the sport. Well, now that I am obsessed, I am extremely comfortable on my bike and have no need …
